Adaptive technologies of occupational training of social care teachers in higher education establishments

There are shown the implementation features of adaptive educational technologies in the system of occupational training of social care teachers. Special focus is made on elaboration of individual educational routes of students with emphasis on creativity development in achieving of results, flexible approach in training.
