Administrative and disciplinary responsibility of civil servants in the customs authorities

The article discusses the issues of administrative and disciplinary responsibility of civil servants in the customs authorities. The analysis is carried out and the problems that arise in the process of applying these measures are investigated. Particular attention is paid to addressing those gaps in this field of legislation that exist today and necessitate the improvement of the legislative base of this institution.
