Administrative responsibility of citizens for violation of the regime introduced in the context of the coronavirus pandemic

Due to the worldwide spread of a new coronavirus infection, which is a dangerous disease and a pandemic recognized by the World Health Organization (that is, an unusually strong epidemic that has spread globally), some changes were promptly made to Russian legislation in 2020. In particular, new articles were introduced into the Code of Administrative Offenses, which contain new elements of offenses and responsibility for their commission. In this article, we will discuss their analysis, sort out recent practice, give positive and negative results of the adopted changes and their impact on society.
