Administrative responsibility of the employer in the area of health protection of workers from effects of exposure to environmental smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption

The article is analyzed the types of legal responsibility for violation of legislation of the Russian Federation in the area of health protection of citizens from effects of exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption. For the purposes of more effective implementation of the legislation on health protection of citizens from effects of exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption the author is conceived the proposal to supplement norm of labour legislation which is an applicable to this area.
