The author considers the procedure for holding public events and administrative responsibility provided for violation of their organization and conduct. The author distinguishes administrative responsibility from other forms of responsibility. The author considers the legal regulation in the sphere of public events. There was a tightening of administrative responsibility for violations of the organization and conduct of meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets.
