Administrative responsibility of military servants and citizens called for military charges

The article is devoted to the analysis and research of problems in the field of administrative responsibility of military personnel as a special category of officials. Special attention is paid to the fact that the Disciplinary Statute of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation and the administrative Code contains a different list of administrative penalties applied to military personnel, respectively; this category of officials is not always possible to bring to administrative responsibility on a common basis.
