Administrative responsibility for environmental offenses in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the study of administrative responsibility for environmental offenses in the Russian Federation. In the course of consideration of this type of legal liability for violation of the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation, the author analyzes the normative legal acts establishing the appropriate type of legal liability for violations in the field of environmental protection. The article also provides statistics on administrative offenses for environmental offenses in the Russian Federation, the functions of legal responsibility are considered. The author emphasizes the importance of the norms regulating responsibility for environmental offenses for the ecological situation of the state.
