Administrative responsibility for violations of legislation in the field of taxes and fees

In the article the authors disclose theoretical aspects of the investigation of administrative responsibility for violations of legislation in the field of taxes and fees. The signs characterizing administrative responsibility as one of the types of legal responsibility, as well as specific features characteristic only for it, are presented. Based on the study of modern legal literature, the authors found that tax liability is a form of administrative responsibility.
