Administrative responsibility for dissemination of fake news: theory and practice

The article considers theoretical and practical problems of application of article 13.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which establishes liability for dissemination of information about vacant jobs or vacant positions containing information of discriminatory nature. Based on the analysis of doctrinal provisions and judicial practice, proposals are made to improve the wording of this norm.
