Administrative legal personality of legal entities of public law in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the legal status of legal persons of public law, there is no legal definition of "legal entity of public law" in actual existence in Russia of a form of public legal entities, identifies the characteristics common to public administration bodies and legal persons of public law, as well as elements of the administrative legal personality of public legal entities.
