Administrative legal personality of commercial banks

Specificity of the legal personality of commercial banks is analyzed in the article, alongside with the problems of active and passive administrative legal personality of commercial banks, including problems of delegating state imperious powers to the banks, the state registration of commercial banks and licensing of bank activity taking into account scientific achievements in court practice in the given field, together with the problems of bank regulation and bank supervision, bringing the banks in to administrative responsibility, revelation of problematic points, connected with the standard-legal regulation of bank activity, not corresponding to requirements of the laws in force and existing social relations, offers are being shaped which under the authors' opinion, help to overcome the connected with improper standard-legal regulation of bank activity.
