Administrative reform of the state civil service

This article discusses the administrative reform of the civil service in Russia. The relevance of this study is that at present the system of public administration in Russia needs serious reform. The study identified the main reasons for the administrative reform of the civil service, as well as the main stages of implementation of this reform and its results. The results of the administrative reform include the emergence of a new three-tier system of executive authorities, improving the quality of public services provided to the population, etc.
