Administrative and jurisdictional activity of Rosgvardiya and problems of its implementation

In this article, the author examines the features of the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the Rosgvardiya, as well as the problems of its implementation. In particular, the lack of legal regulation of official secrets in the activities of Rosgvardiya is considered as this problem. Based on the identified problems, the author suggests their solutions by making changes to the current legislation.
