Administrative-legal support of information-psychological safety of the personality

The article emphasizes the relevance of drawing attention to the mainstreaming administrative-legal support of information- psychological safety of the personality. The article author analyzes the current administrative legislation, and formulates proposals aimed at finding administrative-legal means and methods, appropriating to the issues of information-psychological safety of the personality. Administrative-legal support of information-psychological safety of the personality is understood as a set of rules related to the storing, using, transferring, disseminating and protecting information, related to various types of information resources, as well as rules-norms on administrative responsibility. There is offered the organizational-legal solu- tion of the issue of protection of the personality from insults on the Internet network (circulation of abusive materials) through harsher of the administrative-legal responsibility
