The administrative and legal regime for parolees in the form of concepts

The article presents the administrative and legal regime in the form of concepts. The paper analyzes the legal framework governing the status and behavior of parolees, duties and restrictions imposed on them by administrative supervision. The article identifies key problems related to the implementation of the administrative and legal regime, and suggests possible solutions aimed at improving the process of social adaptation and reintegration of released persons. Special attention is paid to the need to improve the legislative framework and develop comprehensive support programs that take into account the individual characteristics and needs of parolees. As a result, the author's concept of "integration balance" is derived.
