Administrative and legal methods in public administration

Introduction: the article deals with the using administrative and legal methods in the activities of state bodies. Materials and Methods: the materials of the study were legislative acts, as well as modern scientific and special literature devoted to the study of issues of public administration. The methodological basis was the dialectical method of knowledge, logical, general scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison) methods. Results: substantiation of the use of administrative and legal methods as a strategic tool for the socio-economic development of the country, revealing the algorithms of the subject's daily activities in the implementation of management, associated with the formation of the organizational structures of executive authorities, as well as delimiting administrative to protect the national interests of the state. Discussion and Conclusions: persuasion as a method of public administration becomes an effective means of preventing antisocial acts, a promising direction for further strengthening state and executive discipline and legality; in turn, stimulating methods in the activities of state bodies allow improving their interaction with citizens, which ultimately has a positive impact on ensuring the stability and development of the system, achieving strategic goals.
