Administrative proceedings in arbitration courts

The article examines administrative proceedings in arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. It discusses definitions and distinctions of administrative proceedings from other types, as well as its role in the legal system. The main legislative acts regulating the process are addressed, including the Arbitration Procedural Code and the influence of international standards on Russian legislation. Additionally, the article analyzes procedural features, stages of the administrative process, and participants' rights.
