Administrative proceedings in courts of general jurisdiction

In the article the author examines a number of provisions of the civil procedural code and the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation pertaining to the administrative proceedings, by analyzing the respective regulations, which, in particular, cause ambiguous reaction among theorists and law enforcers.
