Administrative management in the North Caucasus in the conditions of post-reform Russia

The article covers the basics of the mechanism of administrative structure of the multinational territory of the North Caucasus after the end of the many years Caucasian War. In the era of the post-reform Russian Empire, transformations took place aimed at unifying administrative management in the Dagestan, Terek, Kuban regions, the Black Sea province, and the Sukhumi district.
