Administrative barriers and assessment of the state of the competitive environment by subjects of business activity

The article presents data from monitoring the development of competition in the Altai Territory, based on the results of which the existing administrative barriers that arise in the conduct of economic activities by the business community of the region are identified and described, and their rating is compiled according to the degree of surmountability. It was found that the greatest insurmountability of administrative barriers is manifested in the field of heat supply, retail trade in medicines, the provision of social services and mining. It also gives a positive assessment by the respondents of the positive dynamics of the elimination of administrative barriers. The most problematic issues have been formulated, which will allow leveling the impact of administrative barriers and thereby make it easier to do business.
