Administrative offenses infringing on the rights of minors

Encroachments on the rights of minors - an urgent problem of modern society. The article is devoted to an overview of administrative offenses of this type, which are fixed in various chapters of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Measures aimed at preventing violations and creating conditions for bringing offenders to administrative responsibility are being considered. Some shortcomings of the current legislation have been identified, and possible solutions to existing problems have been formulated.
