Administrative offenses in the field of domestic violence and problems of their prevention

The article describes the characteristics of administrative offenses in the family and household sphere. The article analyzes the data of official statistics published in the public domain for the period from 2015 to 2019. We analyze the organization of work on execution in territorial bodies of Ministry of internal Affairs, at the district level, legislation on administrative offences of the administrative liability of the offenders under article 6.1.1. Of the administrative code. A person guilty of committing an offense under 6.1.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation is punished by an administrative fine, but as practice shows, a fine as a measure of administrative responsibility is often not an effective means of influencing the offender. Measures for the prevention of domestic violence are carried out by the district police commissioner and often the measures of influence applied are not able to quickly and effectively prevent and prevent conflict situations in the family. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the problems of prevention of the considered offenses and the author’s position on solving the identified problems and reducing domestic violence is expressed.
