The paper analyzes the reporting on the activities of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment in bringing administrative responsibility for violation of labor rights, considers the composition of administrative offenses in the sphere of labor, and separately examines their objects, subjects, objective and subjective sides. The classification of administrative offenses in the sphere of labor with the allocation of general and special compositions is proposed, the peculiarities of the qualification of offenses in the sphere of labor are revealed. The author insists on the importance of introducing new special compositions, in particular, illegal transfer to another job or illegal dismissal, including the cases of bringing to disciplinary responsibility. Conclusions are drawn about the need to differentiate the subjects of bringing to administrative responsibility for offenses in the sphere of labor, and proposals are made on the procedure for differentiating their responsibility between accounting and human resources specialists. Separately, the guilt of a legal entity and its officials is considered an element of an administrative offense in the sphere of labor.
