Administrative delict organizations and criminal acts of natural persons

This article deals with the problems of the relationship between the norms of administrative and criminal law, not only applicable to natural persons, but also to legal entities. This problem is relevant in the Russian Federation today, since sometimes, for the same offense, two codes (the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) impose different penalties. Also, in this article, an analysis of the ‘administrative delict' for organizations is undertaken.
