Administrative supervision of persons released from places of detention: legal regulation and problems of implementation

In the article according to the results of research of problematic moments of implementation of administrative supervision this institution is characterized as the preventive, socially and historically relevant one: the process of development of the normative regulations of this institution with the accents on some moments of its legal basis is presented. Some urgent questions of prosecuting of supervised persons for noncompliance with established restrictions and improper implementation of requirements of administrative supervision are studied.
