Administration of collection of debt by pay customs payments and foams

One of the ways of effective regulation of export and import flows, creation of a beneficial competitive environment for national producers is the application of economic measures of influence carried out through the collection of customs duties in the system of movement of goods across the customs border. The article analyzes the activities of the FCS of Russia on the administration of debt collection for payment of customs duties and penalties. The main problems arising in the process of customs payments administration are revealed.
