The question of the legal nature of the institution of the bar remains relevant throughout its history. The bar is a civil society institution, a professional association of lawyers established on a voluntary basis to provide qualified legal assistance. Strengthening the rule of law and ensuring the rule of law is a function of the State, for which it creates an appropriate apparatus and law enforcement agencies. All citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan have the same rights and freedoms and are equal before the law without distinction of sex, race, nationality, language, religion, social origin, beliefs, personal and social status, as stated in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan . The legal profession has a special role in strengthening the rule of law. Relations between the State and the legal profession should be based on the principle of equal subjects.
