Issues of access to justice are relevant around the world. Today, the development of civil society, the role of the bar is difficult to overestimate, because only the bar can ensure the competitiveness of the process, and, consequently, the guarantee of human rights to a fair trial. Advocacy is a necessary component of the legal system of the state. The main purpose of advocacy is to maintain law and order in the country, which is a necessary condition for the creation of a full-fledged civil society, which in turn is a favorable condition for the formation of the rule of law. The purpose of the article is to identify the development of the legal profession as a necessary condition for the formation of civil law society in the framework of modern judicial reform.
