The authors reveal the content and essence of the concepts of affiliated and controlling persons in the corporation, their main functions. At the initial stage of the study, these concepts are not only concretized, but also the procedures necessary for the affiliation and formation of controlling persons in the corporation are described. The purpose of our work is to determine the specifics of the activities of affiliated and controlling persons in the corporation.
