African traditions and European and American influence in the first works of Afro-American writers of the new world

There is described a special literature created by Afro-American writers who combined the African heritage with the new American experience. Having put their special world view to the existing literature genres they used special devices and popular literature rules to influence the reader as well as the popular in those times European and American literature.
