Agile methodology for team management (based on the example of developers in the gaming industry)

The article analyzes the features of using Agile methodology for managing development teams in the gaming industry. The principles and basic provisions of flexible project management methodology and its key difference from traditional approaches are revealed. The limitations of flexible project management methodology are highlighted. The values of Agile development team management in the gaming industry are established and specified. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the features of managing development teams in the gaming industry based on flexible project management methodologies.
