Agile-transformation: the future of the banking sphere

Transformation is a characteristic feature of modern trends in all sectors of economic life. And the transformation of the banking sector today is the most dynamic object and relevant for close research. Not surprisingly, the transformation begins with the leading bank of the Russian Federation - Sberbank. However, now, such banks as Alfa Bank, VTB24 are connected to this process; In their development concepts, the use of agile transformation is predicted. Within the framework of the presented article, key moments regarding agile transformation as the future of the banking sector were analyzed.
