Agglomerations of municipalities as a basis for perfection of the system of state regional management of socio-economic development of the Siberian federal district

The article considers the development of agglomerations as a basis for improving the system of state regional management of socio-economic development. A scheme and algorithm for conducting a coordinated regional and agglomeration policy. The stages of formation and implementation of the socio-economic policy of agglomerations of municipalities are substantiated and directions for its improvement are proposed.
