Agonal patterns in political and legal values system of the Russian society

An attempt of philosophical-culturological interpretation of the agonal pattern role in the values system of the Russian society is undertaken. The explanation of the term «agonality» as the most important manifestation of the current social life is given. The social and cultural factors determining increase of political and legal culture level of the Russian society are revealed.
