Wide range of different technological operations are performed in the conditions of agricultural production. For different types of products and conditions for the implementation of agricultural technology, a specific list and procedure for conducting operations are determined by technological maps. The stages of agricultural technologies are complex, time-consuming and different in the equipment used. The composition of the equipment for the mechanization of production and technological processes of a single completed technological cycle of servicing an agricultural production facility is regulated by "Machine systems..." - complex sets of interrelated in productivity and technological process, often specialized working machines. The presence of a wide range of working machines, some of which are specialized and used during the year for a short time, the complexity of their use in emergency situations, etc. increase the cost of agricultural products, reduce its quality and production volumes. In the context of rising prices for liquid fuels, the importance of solving environmental problems, increasing the volume of organic food production, the elimination of these shortcomings can ensure the use of modular technological systems. The purpose of the work is to formalize the concept of application in agricultural production of energy-efficient electrified robotic devices based on modular structures that can quickly transform under the conditions of a specific technological task during the implementation of agricultural technologies. Research method - a systematic approach, the principles of transformability, modifiability and adaptability of equipment to real operating conditions. Systems of modular structures acquire emergent properties, due to which the range of tasks performed by them is significantly expanded. When forming systems for specific implementation conditions, the main one is the economic criterion, the technical performance of the modules must meet the requirements of reasonable sufficiency: technological capabilities, resource, size and mass should not be excessive, consumption of energy and other resources is minimal.
