Agrarian reforms in the global economy: Asian fashion

The article contains an analysis of the development of the main types of agricultural development in the world economy. The features of land-saving agricultural development, characteristic of Asian countries, are highlighted. The main features of the Asian model of agrarian reforms are substantiated: gradualness and consistency of reforms, small sizes of land use and their fragmentation. Based on the study of the implementation of the Asian model in the PRC, conclusions are made on the use of its experience for reforming the agricultural sector of countries with identical land use conditions.
