Aggregation-disaggregation phenomena in blood at arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia

Purpose - to establish control features antiaggregationvessels of blood cells in patients with arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia.Materials and methods. The study included 380 patients with arterial hypertension of 1-2 degrees, the risk of dyslipidemia 4 IIb type of middle age. The control group consisted 26 healthy volunteers of similar age.Results and discussion. In patients with arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia showed amplification of aggregation of red blood cells, platelets and neutrophils in reducing the control over it by the vascular wall. The basis of violations found are negative changes in lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation of plasma receptor restructuring of blood cells, weakening the walls of blood vessels in the generation of nitric oxide and prostacyclin.
