Бесплатный доступ

The author examines the evolution of relationships between players in the insurance market from the standpoint of aggregation processes, within which new forms of dialogue are created between its participants. Traces the aggregation process at different stages of market evolution. Describes the evolution of financial intermediaries, which are conventionally divided into micro-institutions, meso-institutions and macro-institutions. Concludes that aggregation processes, which are a natural stage in the evolution of the insurance process, affect the connections between the insurance market participants and the development of aggregated and converged structured financial (including insurance) products.
