The article analyzes and criticizes the latest practice of tax authorities in the field of tax control. The cases of abuse by the tax authorities of their powers during the interrogation of witnesses, the appointment of expertise, evaluation of evidence are considered. The author concludes that this practice is inadmissible and believes that courts should pay attention to such facts to make objective decisions.
