Agrobiological indicators of introduced varieties of grapes in the forest-steppe zone of the Omsk region

Grape cultivation in Siberia is currently characterized by a marked upward trend, the demand for planting material is increasing annually, which allows us to consider the crop as very promising, especially for amateur gardening. However, the grape varieties presented in the Omsk region are relatively poor, which necessitates the study and introduction of new high-yielding varieties adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the northern latitudes and characterized by increased resistance to biotic and abiotic stressors. The studies were carried out in the educational and scientific-production laboratory “Gardening” of the educational-experimental farm of the Omsk State Agrarian University in 2016-2019. The research objects were 7 grape varieties: Aiste, Juodupe, Sheshupe, Gailune, Shirvindt, Dyurif, Sprinter. Depending on the length of the period from bud pushing to the technical maturity of the berries, Aiste, Sheshupe, Juodupe were assigned to varieties of a very early ripening period; Durif, Gailune, Sprinter, Shirvindt - to the group of early ripening...
