Agroecological assessment of cupric acetate impact on the productivity and chemical composition of medicinal raw material Tanacetum vulgare L

One of ways of entering of trace substances to a human body is including in a ration of the products enriched with these elements including herbs. Use of medicinal cultures is more effective as the trace substances which are in an organic form are better acquired by an organism, than in synthetic. In Russia approximately for 70% of the territory, on different types of soils the copper disadvantage is observed that leads to low accumulation by its plants. The main way of entering of trace substances to an organism of animals and the person - on an alimentary chain a soil-plant-animal organism. Thereof, an important question is studying of technology of enrichment of medicinal raw materials trace substances, influences of copper fertilizers on efficiency and content of biologically active agents in plants. In 2012 field experiment (2012-2015) was put on the experienced field of the Omsk GAU on the meadow and chernozem low-power low-humic tyazhelosuglinisty soil. In it action and an after-action of copper fertilizers on productivity and chemical composition of medicinal raw materials of a tansy ordinary was studied (Tanacetum vulgare L.). Pizhma ordinary - a perennial grassy plant of family the slozhnotsvetnykh. Pizhma has a wide range of useful properties: cholagogue, antiinflammatory, glistogonny action. As copper fertilizers used a copper acetate. In our research doses of copper paid off proceeding from the maximum allowable concentration of copper in the soil (according to literary data it makes 3 mg/kg). At the same time doses 0.25; 0.5; 0.75 and 1 maximum allowable concentrations were respectively 2.3; 4.8; 7.2 and 10 kg of of century/hectare. The trace substance was brought on N135P45K45 background. The greatest impact on efficiency of a tansy ordinary was exerted by option the Background of 0.75 maximum allowable concentrations of Cu (7.2 kg of of century/hectare), the general productivity for 4 years of the conducted researches made 64.7 t/hectare. As a result of the researches conducted by us (on average for 2012-2015) it is established that in the studied medicinal raw materials of a tansy ordinary the content of vitamin C changed from 5.51 to 6.77 mg of % at copper introduction. Content of tannins on average for years of researches varied from 5.11 to 6.72 % at introduction of cupriferous fertilizers. Content of the general ashes didn’t exceed the level of 15 % established by the State Pharmacopoeia.
