Studies were conducted with the participation of 36 patients with atopic dermatitis in the acute stage, divided into primary group (n = 24) and the comparison group (n = 12). All the patients received the standard treatment of a disease, which in the primary group was supplemented by a course of general aerocryotherapy: cyclical impacts on the patient’s body by pairs of liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -120°C, duration of each - 3-5 minutes, the total number of procedures 10. Procedure performed 1 times per day for 2 cycles of 5 procedures in each break between cycles 2 days. For the diagnosis of the functional state of the patients were used special scales "Scoring atopic dermatitis” and “Dermatology Specific Quality of Life”. Monitoring surveys performed before treatment and then after 2 months, showed that in patients of both groups had expressed the positive changes of the dermatological status and quality of life associated with the treatment. However, in the main group a decrease of most indicators “Scoring atopic dermatitis” and “Dermatology Specific Quality of Life” were significantly more pronounced than in the comparison group (p
