Academic Mobility of Teaching Staff as a Form of International University

The possibility of implementing academic mobility of the teaching staff through joint educational projects is being considered. The issue of academic mobility has recently been in the focus of research attention as a key aspect of the development of society. The implementation of educational programs off ers fundamentally new solutions to emerging problems in the process of acquiring knowledge and scientifi c research are provided by joint international programs of academic exchange. The article draws attention to options for the implementation of the process of academic exchanges. The essence of these projects boils down to close international interaction of participants – partners and the establishment of contacts for the purpose of further cooperation. In the Russian Federation, at the level of the Government and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, new Joint Educational Programs (JEPs) are being introduced, in which special attention is paid to the academic mobility of teachers and research scientists. SOPs allow subjects of academic mobility to conduct research at universities in partner countries. Of particular importance in the light of providing new opportunities are joint Russian-European educational programs: the National Global Education project, the Erasmus + project, the Program of the Academic Projects Service of the Federal Republic of Germany – DAAD.
