Academic mobility in Russia: nowadays problems and nearest prospects (a viewpoint from a regional institution of higher education)

The article is prepared following the results of work of Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service over the project "Summing up the Russian institution of higher education experience in implementation of the Bologna process principles" implemented within the framework of the Federal Programme of Development of Education in 2007 by the National Training Foundation. The authors suggest their own point of view on identifying the most important problems connected with development of academic mobility in Russia, make an attempt to develop system recommendations for solving the stated tasks.
