Accentual approach to psycho-correction work with the suicides

Discusses the principles of psycho-correction work with the suicides. It is noted that the volume and nature of therapeutic effects in a particular patient may depend on many factors. However, suicidal behavior is a stage-by-stage and dynamic process, with their cognitive-behavioral mechanisms that determine of suicidal behavior. The author outlines the 10 essential elements of accent of attention, detection and impact of which ("accent") to be included in the compulsory program of correctional work of a specialist assisting suicide. "Accentual" approach involves a mandatory evaluation of the leading mechanisms of suicide dynamics, as well as updating and/or conversion factors that strengthen individual antisuicidal protection. It is emphasized that this approach does not limit the ability of the specialist and gives him the right of selection of the priority directions and methods of psychotherapy. In conclusion, it is concluded that the knowledge of the dynamics of suicidal behavior, the individual is psychologically important element of suicidal behavior, will allow based on the proposed prosodic approach, more differentiated and effective individual work that is important for the prevention of suicide.
