Joint stock agreements as a type of corporate agreements

The need to study joint-stock agreements as a type of corporate agreements is determined by the fact that a corporate agreement corresponds to all the main features of business agreements, except that its participants can be not only persons registered as entrepreneurs. However, the latter circumstance is not an obstacle to classifying a joint-stock agreement as an entrepreneurial one, since a participant in a business company, even if it is not an entrepreneur, has a special status, which is not limited only to the participant's civil (corporate) rights and obligations, but is also supplemented by public legal influence, in particular, by setting a tax on the dividends received by the participant.
