Joint-stock investment fund

The relevance of the research topic is due to the important role of joint-stock investment funds in the collective investment market, which in Russian practice, unlike the world, have not received proper development. The authors of the article provide a classification of investment funds, give the concept of a joint-stock investment fund, based on an analysis of legal regulation, identify the features and requirements for joint-stock investment funds, indicate the influence of external and internal factors on their development, and provide the main performance indicators of those operating in the modern Russian joint-stock investment funds - AIF “Childhood-1” and AIF “Zashchita”.
