Acmeological aspects of the formation and self-improvement of professional activity of individuality of a doctor

The article is analyzed such conceptions as the professional Acme, Acme competence of a doctor, considered the content of the highest levels of professional activity of a doctor, on the basis of which self professionalism is formed. The authors of this article are indentified three aspects in professionalism of a doctor: carrying out of professional activity with high efficiency; humanistically-oriented communication directed on providing of cooperation with the members of the medical diagnostic process; competences of individuality of a doctor, characterized by the combination of professionally important qualities, necessary for highly effective professional activity. According to the authors opinion the main properties of Acme of a doctor are the professionalism and capacity to creativity; through creativity a doctor realizes oneself as an individuality, changing oneself, the world and own place in the world, whereupon the skill is formed.
