The article considers the introduction of acmeological training in the organization of mentoring in the preschool educational institution. The concepts of professional maturity, competence, acmeology, psychological and pedagogical support are considered. The phenomenon of mentoring is considered, the task of teaching mentoring in preschool institutions is substantiated. Evidence is given in favor of acmeological training as a method of training employees of enterprises in mentoring activities.
