The given pedagogical study which includes the expertise by qualified expert-teachers has presented the directions of the adaptation of future engineers in a higher education institution and enabled us to construct an axiological model of vocational adaptation for engineering majors based on the three main directions: technical, humanitarian and health-friendly. The students’ adaptation to their future profession depends critically on the extent of the axiological potential of education in a given higher education institution.
